Return of an iconic restaurant

In 1987, Hing Lung Broadway was opened by Chuck Gong in Chinatown. The restaurant amassed a great number of customers due to its affordable and authentic Chinese food. The success led to another restaurant, Hing Lung by the Park, to be opened in 1993. This restaurant was also a success like its successor. As the years went by Chuck Gong felt like it was time for him to take a break from the restaurant world, leaving many customers behind. Though Mr. Gong enjoyed retirement, he missed the thrill of serving customers. So although it has been quite a long time, Hing Lung Cafe is back in action and ready to serve in the new decade!
